When I did the first test print of this picture, I noticed it was extremely blurred at the bottom. Initially I thought it was just out of focus because I used a wide aperture, but then I looked at the neg and the blur was not so evident. The problem was the lens of the enlarger which was tilt so, for this reason, part of my picture was very blurred. The second print looked a bit too dark, I wanted a very high contrast in order to get a pleasing effect in the branches against the sky, but the figure needed to be brighter. The third test went well, but I think it sticked with another print in the stop-bath so a portion of it did not really soak in the chemical and it flashed when I looked at it in the light. The fourth test is actually my final print, but I printed another one after, trying to dodge the leg longer, but I preferred the previous version.
