Yesterday I watched my videos again looking for small details that I still had the chance to improve in the post-production and making my videos more professional.
One issue in the 3m video, was that there were too many autofocus transitions, I really like them but an excess of them gives a sort of "dreamy" feeling that wasn't appropriate, so I just cut some of them off.
WARP STABYLIZER TOOL
Another issue was that I had a few "shaky" clips, so I searched a tutorial to minimize the shake and I found one about the warp stabylizer tool.

This is the easiest way to reduce the shake, another tutorial explained how to duplicate the shaky clip several times, then change the opacity differently in each clip and finally merge them together .

The warp stabylizer tool worked pretty well for my clips, but I had to custom the settings because sometimes it changed the ratio (consequently adding black borders) and the video was too smooth, looking unnatural.
ADD MOTION TO A STILL
Ultimately, I watched this video about little tricks on Adobe Premiere that make the difference.

I had already applied most of them, but one in particular helped me to improve the still image that is at the end of my 3m video. It recommend to add a very light and gently motion to the still images to make the transition more pleasing.

So I did, and even if it is a nearly imperceptible detail, summed with all the other small edits it makes my final video looking more professional.
