Studio proposal and inspirations

For my studio project, I am thinking about getting in contact with some local Drama companies (or even the Drama course in our University) and doing a series of portrait in the theatrical environment. Since I had a Fine Arts education and I still have a great interest in this field, I would like to convey my passion for Photography and for Fine Arts. I selected several paintings from the masters of light, such as Caravaggio, Rembrandt, Vermeer... and I would like to realise a project inspired by their use of lighting.

Regarding the ideal publisher, I did some researches and I found TRIP magazine. This is an not-for-profit, digital and print photography magazine and zine publisher based in the North West of England. The target are young adults/students. The topics are mainly about the British subcultures and young generations, short projects published in concise articles.
